The St. Petian American Pale Lager was made with every citizen of St. Pete in mind. This light, easy-drinking lager is perfect for a day with the Rays or a day in the rays. Also, if you’re strictly a “Macro Guy,” look no further, just order a Bud and we’ll bring you this instead.
Peninsular is a German-style Pilsner brewed with Riverbend malt and three different German hops: Perle, Mittelfrüh, Hersbrucker. It’s crisp, refreshing and uncomplicated, each sip naturally leading to the next. We brewed it to be that catalyst for inspired conversation.
This amber lager has a full body and malty backbone. It features notes of toffee and caramel with a very mild bitterness. So, whether you are importing or exporting, you’ll want to put an order in for this one.
Our collab with Alga Beer Co, brewed with Ohio blue corn from Riverbend Malt. Crisp, rustic, and highly crushable. Like if 1889 had better refrigeration and slightly worse decision-making.
This Italian Pils was brewed with our pals at Gulfport Brewery for their sixth anniversary, and the name fits pretty well. Crisp, bright, and pleasantly easy to drink.
Festbier shines golden in the glass with a medium to light body that balances smooth malt character and gentle hop brightness. Layers of fresh bread, cracker, and a touch of honeyed grain give it depth, while noble hops bring soft floral tones and a crisp, refreshing finish. The bitterness stays restrained, letting the malt lead without becoming heavy. It’s Oktoberfestivus for the rest of us! Just hoisting this bad boy to your mouth is a feat of strength, but your efforts will be rewarded.
Bo Pils is a fresh take on our fan favorite Sinking Ships, a Bohemian-style pilsner (aka Czech-style pilsner), with modifications to the hop schedule and adjustments to the water profile to soften the overall profile. Sterling and Saaz hops lead the way, bringing a delicate herbal and floral hop character. Bitterness stays moderate and balanced, allowing the soft, bready, lightly honeyed malt profile from Riverbend Malt to take center stage followed with a crisp and dry finish.
These brews shine during our lively music nights, where the atmosphere is as vibrant as the beer. Our hoppy selections are for true hop enthusiasts, offering intense aromas and flavors. Enjoy these lively craft beers at Grand Central Brewhouse during taproom events.
Leg Day IPA is brewed in collaboration with the Tampa Bay Rowdies, inspired by their relentless energy on the field. This medium-bodied, hop-forward IPA showcases Strata and Citra hops, delivering a dynamic blend of berry sweetness, strawberry, and a ripe citrus kick. Bold and flavorful yet smooth on the palate, this beer is crafted for those who give it their all—on the field or in the stands. After all, every victory deserves a proper pint.
The Pearl erupts with El Dorado and Nelson hops, releasing bursts of pineapple, peach, and bright citrus alongside flashes of white grape and gooseberry. Riverbend malt and Florida grown malted wheat provide a pillowy foundation that softens the edges and lifts the hop character. With virtually no measured bitterness but plenty of hop presence, it finishes juicy and refreshing. Brewed in collaboration with Tampa Bay Watch as part of our Beer for the Bay project, every pint supports the restoration and protection of Tampa Bay.
Galactic Assassin takes aim with Sultana, Citra, and Mosaic hops, forming a constellation of flavor that opens with pineapple, hints of strawberry, and bright citrus zest. A soft, pillowy body gives the hop aroma room to bloom while keeping bitterness low and measured. Light notes of resin and ripe tropical fruit sit at the edges, adding depth without weight. The finish lands clean and refreshing, setting up the next sip.
Glitter Wizard is a Hazy Pale Ale brewed with summer in mind. This one features Mosaic Spectrum in the dry hop, a cutting-edge flowable hop extract from Barth Haas that captures the full intensity of Mosaic without the excess vegetal matter. Layered on top is Krush, a hop variety known for its lush notes of mango, guava, and ripe citrus. The result is a vibrant, aromatic pale ale that brings plenty of flavor without overwhelming the palate.
This throwback West Coast crusher clocks in at 6% and is loaded with Nugget, Simcoe, and Deep Cut Cascade from our pals at @CrosbyHops.
If you crave deep, complex flavors, our dark and roasty craft beers are a must-try. These bold brews are perfect for cooler evenings at Grand Central Brewhouse.
This Tmavé, or Czech Dark Lager, is brewed with a triple decoction to create a rich, malty backbone. It has mild roasty characters balanced by dark, dried fruity esters for a flavor that falls in between a Munich Dunkel and a Schwarzbier. “So what? So let’s dance!”
This Black Lager drinks just like its’ lighter cousin, but this dark soul has roasted malt flavors with a light body and dry, roasty finish. It’s, like, how much more black could this be? And the answer is: None. None more
black.
We’re always throwing new treatments at something in the brewhouse. Sometimes it’s an IPA, sometimes it’s another specialty beer, and sometimes it’s just an idea we wanted to try.
The three that change the most are our stout du jour, sour beer, and in-house cider treatments. We almost always have new versions hitting the tap list weekly, sometimes daily, and most are one-and-done kegs.
Check the current tap list to see what’s on now.
A constantly rotating series built around our imperial stout. Strong, dark, and full-bodied, with rich malt character layered alongside whatever treatment we decided to throw at it this time.

A rotating sour series with various fruit and other treatments. These are typically one-and-done kegs, so the lineup changes constantly and we often have a few different versions on at the same time.
