The Peninsular

German Pilsner

IBU: 35 ABV: 5.1%

The Peninsular is our attempt at a traditional German Pilsner, and it is brewed “The Hard Way.” We use a double-decoction method to produce the finest aromatics and mild flavors of this Old-World style. Light and easy to drink with spicy hop flavor and a pronounced bitter backbone.
Sinking Ships Czech Lager

Sinking Ships

Czech Pilsner
