Introducing "Bo Pils," our latest beer to hit the @lukr.cz taps. Bo Pils is a fresh take on our fan favorite Sinking Ships, a Bohemian-style pilsner (aka Czech-style pilsner), with modifications to the hop schedule and adjustments to the water profile to soften the overall profile.

Sterling and Saaz hops lead the way, bringing a delicate herbal and floral hop character. Bitterness stays moderate and balanced, allowing the soft, bready, lightly honeyed malt profile from @RiverbendMalt to take center stage followed with a crisp and dry finish.
