Tom Marcellis Band takes the Beer Garden stage on Friday, April 17 at 7 PM.
Raised in Chattanooga and now based in Fort Myers, Marcellis spent his early years chasing bluegrass festivals through the South before his ears pulled him toward blues, jazz, and everything in between. He studied music formally, gigged in jazz-fusion clubs, and eventually found his own voice somewhere across all of it. With more than 35 years performing throughout the Southeast, his songwriting spans dark southern ballads, Brazilian jazz, psychedelic funk, and R&B - a range that draws comparisons to the Grateful Dead, the Allman Brothers Band, and Little Feat, and somehow still sounds uniquely his own.
Every show is a unique improvisational musical experience. This show will feature the enormously talented special guests Bee A Jones on Drums and Miguel Lantigua on Bass. Don’t miss this unique, joyous and enriching event. Thank you!
